Our History
The Westmount Seventh-day Adventist Church is the oldest and largest Adventist
church in Montreal, with more than registered 462 Members. It was founded in
1899, with the physical place of worship then located on St. Laurent Street.
Subsequently, the place of worship relocated to Outremont and then to 4250 Western
Avenue in Westmount (now known as de Maisonneuve Bldv.) in 1924 at what time
the name "Westmount SDA Church" was adopted. In January 1972, the
Church bought and moved to its current and permanent home at 571 Victoria Avenue.
Since its inception, more than 52 Pastors have ministered the Westmount Church.

Our mission and service
The mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church , as articulated in the church's mission statement, is to proclaim to all people the everlasting gospel in the context of the Three Angels' messages of Revelation 14:6-12. Learn More >>
